The story
Two days into his first freight forwarding role, during COVID, Karan watched a container he had sold at $3,000 spike to $6,500 overnight. No warning. No playbook.
What saved him wasn't a manual or a course. It was a person: Satyendra, his senior colleague, twenty-seven years deep in the trade, who stepped in and guided him through.
That moment is the entire idea of Navaro.

Built on scar tissue

2021
Karan's second day in freight forwarding. A $3,000 container becomes $6,500 overnight. One man guided him through it — Satyendra.
2022
Karan's family opens a garment factory in Faridabad. 300 machines. Two years of nights and weekends — running numbers, purchasing, sales. Orders rejected. A shipment exported and never paid for. The factory closes.
And one of us had already spent twenty-seven years learning it.
